Caller: Department of Visa and Mastercard The AI says about a Woolworths transaction on my account for $200 and If I want to cancel the transaction to press 1. I waited for a few seconds and after pressing 2, got the same AI message. This time I pressed 1 and an Indian accented voice asked "How can I help?". I dribbled on about having trouble hearing him and how my granddaughter did all my business transactions. They hung up with no further action. Maybe he has heard my scam story.
