SCAM ALERT. they tell you a bitcoin transaction of $900 is on J hold going to your account and ask whether it is fraudulent. If you say yes they ask you to go to google. They say they are from Commonwealth Bank. I have no Commonwealth Bank accounts so knew immediately it was a scam. Also no bank will ever ask you to go to google. Hang up on them immediately.
