Caller: Visa and Mastercard Department The usual " There has been a $400 gift card purchase from Woolworths on your account. Press 1 to talk to us about blocking the transaction." I did and "Frank" (Indian accent") told me all about the usual stuff but didn't ask for any details from me. I told him my grand daughter does all my transactions for me when she visits every 2 or 3 weeks. When he couldn't sell me any solar panels or batteries he wished me well and hung up.

This is a scam number. I have blocked it but somehow they still manange to call me telling me a $400 charge has been made on my mastercard and if I want to reverse it I should press 1
