I think that it is from a scammer. Was on an email order form / invoice that I have not had any connection to, but was sent to me.

scam number listed in fake McAfee invoice. With an Indian accent, the caller calls himself as Alex or Stefan or Kevin from PayPal services

This number seems to be associated with a scam of some sort. Contained in an E mailed PDF invoice with a Paypal logo but from McAfee invoicing a sum of $755 for computer software protection. sent on the 20th July stating billing payment had occurred on the 19th of July! This telephone number was given to "cancel the order before billing'. Unadvised to phone this number for fear of the scammers gaining your own phone number which they may use to further their fraud. I checked my PP and Bank to find no billing transactions in relation to this had occurred. Not sure how they expect to get a pay off. Best to delete the E mail message and block the sender.

definitely a McAfee renewal scam

Apparently I have had a PayPal payment successfully processed for a McAfee subscription!! I don't use McAfee and my PayPal account has no entry to indicate a payment was made. My email and name details were correct!! A phishing scam I suspect!

Was sent an invoice from McAfee saying I had just paid for 3 years subscription for $755 and paid for through PayPal. I do not use McAfee and have not authorised any payments to them.
This is obviously a very clever scam.

I was sent a fake invoice with a McAfee charge that I haven't ordered. This is the contact phone number, clearly not associated with Paypal or McAfee.

Mcafee scam saying my subscription I don't have will be charged to my paypal account today.
Call this number to cancel so a curry eater can steal my money.
