Scam, saying they are going to deduct money from my account. Computer voice. I think they said Amazon.

Caller: Said they were from Amazon Recorded message said they were from Amazon and they were deducting $99 from my account for Amazon Prime

Scam, voice mail message that BPAY debit will be charged. Why can't government Australia fix these fake calls? Why is Australian number shown instead of the country of origin ?
