Since I don't answer unknown numbers the number of spam calls I get has decreased. But when I get one (still one most days) I come and check here. I think it definitely spam.

Phone flagged it as "suspected Spam" so let it go to voice mail. No message left. Tried calling back.. but got the message "Your call could not be connected" so it is most definitely a spoofed, SCAMMER call.
