Claiming to be from paypal with a purchase of $299 that will be debited etc etc call back or hit 2 blah blah blah. Scammers

When I rang, a person with a heavy accent advised me that a charge was going to be made to my PayPal account and would I like them to process or cancel this transaction. When I asked for more info - the person hung up.
