This number was given as part of a "congratulations on your purchase" notification via Google Calendar. I rang to ask name of business, answer was "paypal" and person said they'd help me cancel the "unauthorised transaction". They hung up when I asked what account the funds supposedly came from, into PayPal. Obviously a scam
