Claiming to be Optus, offering a discount. Already had my name, phone number and email address. Sent a verification code to my phone and asked me to read it out to them. But the code was for Microsoft password reset - they were phishing to try to take over my email address. Be aware that Optus will always try to verify your identity via the MyOptus app, not by asking for one-time-codes over the phone.
