Caller: Maybe NDIA

I don’t think they were from NDIS, they asked me to verify who I was. I said no and I will call NDIS back to verify this call is real, they said they will put notes on my file with the information as to why they were calling me . When I called the NDIS they had no record of anyone accessing my account and there were no notes as to why someone had called me. Be careful, scammers are everywhere

Caller: National Redress Scheme

Claimed to have my mail that was returned to them. Then proceeded to ask for my identifying details. Hung up & rang the direct number for Redress. Confirmed they were trying to contact me and there's no mail for me.

Caller: NDIS

Definitely the NDIS. I answered and it was the payments team wanting to confirm the details uploaded the the NDIS portal and to provide an update on a manual claim.

Has called me at least 8 times today and doesn't leave a message just cause repeatedly.

This number called me five times within a space of a couple of minutes left no voicemail if it is supposedly the ndia perhaps leaving a voicemail will stop people being confused and actually answer the calls. Very annoying and typical of NDIA. Treat people like cattle.

I was expecting a call back from ndia and this number called back but hung up. I think its a genuine number.
