This is a scam number. They claim they are from PayPal & that someone in China has used your phone number & name to purchase a $300 gift card. T They do zero security checks about who you are. When asked what the purpose of the call was just got angrier & kept repeating "did you purchase a $300 gift card. Someone in China has bought a $300 PayPal gift card".
