I'm in Sydney in NSW Aust. I suspect spam/scam. 02 is the area code for Sydney and Silverwater is a suburb of Sydney but Sydney numbers don't start with 7. These calls may have been outsourced overseas. But I'm more inclined to believe these callers are scammers. Ignore/decline/block and don't call back a missed call.

Caller: someone claiming to be from a solar company in Silverwater Had to drag information out of the woman. I don't know how they got my number and knew I had solar. "Emma" with a thick subcontinent accent. I don't talk to cold callers. Told her and I hung up
