Caller: PC Tech

They called again and this time when we picked up they didn’t hang up. This company (PC Tech) provided remote Tech support services to us for many year. We were mis-sold software and support products; they insisted that we pay for a product/service again for which we had paid a lifetime guarantee; one bogus scam after another (service contract signed but not adherered to). They had a record of our service contract); I copy could be provided to us when requested and it matched our copy of the original document.
We stop their service yet they continue to contact us trying to provide the service that we had cancelled (aggressive upselling techiques); serviced ALL by foreign located remote services people but give the illusion they are calling from the East coast of Australia. If you have used them in the past, stop using them; get local (in-person tech support instead). Polite until you put the pressure on them to explain what they say is work that needs be done on your PC (BS driver replacement, etc).

Worse experience from these guys and I am CERTAIN that this is not the last we have heard from them. They called multiple times per day!
