Basically audio recording of a woman saying my phone would be out of service. Clearly it isn't. Not really sure of the point of the call

Caller: Middle Eastern Woman Said she was calling from "Education Kingdom". I advised her I run a trading floor and requested DNC, she said we'll call you tomorrow until we get your money. Okie dokie.
