I am a customer, they called but didn't say what it was for. Called back and it just rang out.

When answered and greeted, no one responded from other end.
Call got disconnected/dropped about 10 seconds later.
Immediately rang again not 5 seconds after.
Ignored to see if there is going to be a voice message.
Nothing.
