Pretty much any caller that starts with the 02 7249 is a scammer as they are running from a VOIP service. Yes a search says it is owned by Movit a freight and courier company, but the caller is NOT from there. It’s either spoofed or it’s a hacked VOIP service.

Block them and move on.
