Caller rings to advise a fraudulent paypal transaction of thousands of dollars on your Paypal account. Indian caller. Slight delay in call connection. I only answered as was expecting a call from my energy provider at same time. Caller knew my name and that I had a Paypal account. Strangely, I had actually logged into Paypal this morning too. Hung up and blocked and deleted.
