Voice Said "Dear user" and something like "your phone will be out of order, press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese" so I hung up immediately

Caller: recorded message Time wasting pieces of sh*t. Recorded message saying 'your phone service will be discontinued today. ' I hung up at this point. These f@#kwits should be locked up.
