Did not answer, was left 321 VM: "Urgent, we have a critical telecommunications matter we need to discuss but we have not been able to reach you. Please call our customer service team. Press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese". Message then repeats in Chinese (I presume). Safe to classify this as a spam number, block and ignore.
