This NSW number called my mob. in WA. No message could be discerned. I called back and am flagging it as a SPAM / Robo call because I called the number back, and as usual, a few seconds of silence, then disconnected. The disconnection sound is always the same, an electrical or electronic cutoff sound as well as the time interval of silence is always the same; this indicates to me that there's no-one at the other end - just a computer or electronic box!
