Block it! It's a scam number. When I called it back I got the following message..." Optus wishes to advise that the following number has been disconnected!!" and yet I rang it back within minutes of receiving the call. It also left a VM....it was silent until 20 secs later when in an American automated voice " sure that's no problem" It's says it's a Sydney number when incoming. It's definitely a scam number so do yourself a favour ...do not answer and Block it and report as Spam. Good Luck
