Have had multiple calls from numbers leaving this exact message for years. It always has a text-to-speech voice in an english voice, then in I'm assuming mandarin
This is the transcription “I have contacted you several times and have not received a response yet. You have an urgent document notification for detail. Please press one we will be served by a specialist. Notice from the Australian immigration bureau we have contacted you several times and have not received a response yet. You have an urgent document notification for detail. Please press one we will be served by a specialist.
