Caller: Lan Ngoc Identified herself as the Vietnam Embassy in Canberra. She wants me to travel to Canberra to obtain an emergency document from the Vietnam Police. She also told me the call is recorded. My response: You had better raise your concerns to the APF, State Police, or local police; the Australian Police will help them out. They also call from (02) 7239 2213, 0485 962 153. Any call from this number is clearly Scammers
