Female caller that claimed to be from the Technical Department at Microsoft and that they have registered that someone is our computer or laptop accessing our data without knowledge. Called them out as a scam and they tried to double down that they were legit. Asked for her to give me my Microsoft email/username to provide it - said she wasn't calling from Microsoft. She was calling from the computer/laptop company. So I asked for for the device serial number - she said she couldn't give that and wanted me to give it to her. Told her the conversation is over and she should be ashamed of herself.
