Caller: Chinese accent. Hoax calls, all threats to disconnect the phone unless I respond and answer their calls. Claim unpaid bills. Phone disconnection imminent unless you pay your bill now. Considering I have mine deducted from the bank every month, I don't think so. SCAM big time.
