I received a call saying he was from Optus. He knew my full and told me that they noticed there was something wrong with my wifi and possibly my phone had been hacked. He opted to help me remove the problem, unfortunately he messed up and I sent him on his way. Then I reversed everything that we had done to my phone. A real piece of work.
It seems there is a new call center, I noticed on many comments below dated 2/7/25. Same prefixed no. with different extensions. I wish these people would get a real job.
