Scam saying regarding my passport use, 1 for English, 2 for Chinese. I don’t have a passport

Avoid, recorded message saying it was from a govt department re documents, recorded asian voiced messaged

I didnt answer as my phone said it was suspected spam but they left a voice message saying ""We need to track your health information. You have not yet updated, to avoid affecting your rights, please contact us. Manual service, English please press 1"

Sounds a bit scammy to me.

Scam regarding some incomplete paperwork

Caller: Call center

Said something about Telstra network and the people on it being scammed - I’m not with Telstra, they dragged it out so long and didn’t get to the point.
If it was legit, wouldn’t there be more of an urgency to getting customers sorted out, instead of asking for customers information
