Spoke only in English/Chinese; said "we have tried to contact you many times" and that you have an outstanding document issue

These type of numbers call me all this time. I do not know anyone over East that would be calling me. They are mostly trying to see if you answer, then they give number as active, and you usually get a scam caller within a few hours.
