Prompts you to press a number for your language.
Definitely a scammer

Phone ESET security identified as threat. Immigration, foreign language on call back. Hung up. Blocked. Scam?

Left message in Chinese if I pressed 1 I would get English, be careful it seems like a sophisticated scam.

Been awhile since i received calls from those pathetic POS scam grubs.

Didn't answer. Thread suggest don't bother.
