This one actually left a message, if you spoke other language's to understand the message some kind of Asian not sure of the others as message cut off. Be careful and I didn't ring them back.

Caller: Scammer Recorded message female voice . When is the government and telecommunications company going to fix this. I'm not paying my next bill until these scammer calls are stopped.
