Caller: Fake telcom provider

Fake Telcom provider leaving my voicemail automated recordings stating there are "suspicious usage" on my phone and threatens to stop providing me service "today", then prompts you to press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese.

Blocking doesn't seem to help, they've left the same automated recording on my voicemail using the following numbers:
(02) 7241 7536
(02) 7241 5827
(02) 7241 3971
0413 175 571 - which seem to be the number of a legit painting business, yet the bot has used this number to leave me a similar scam recording claiming to be the immigration bureau.

My phone tagged this as Suspected Spam. No message was left. Multiple phone calls.
