They managed a bilingual scam call by Chinese scammers pretending to be ACMA and even said, "May I help you?" I kept silentš Hey, I did not need help, but you called me. Isn't it a bit of making no sense?

It says my local data would be suspended due to my "abnormal use" and it let me press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. With no doubt it is a scam call, and after I pressed 1 it seemed like the man spoke to me was with Chinese accent, then it turned out that it was a bilingual scam call by Chinese scammers.
