There appear to be a number of calls starting with (02) 7241 3... and totally agree with your message above. Except my call was about immigration. And I definitely don't speak chinese!

A scam call saying that my phone would be cut off soon and then saying the same message would now be given to me in Chinese. Didn't listen long enough to work out who it was. Don't speak Chinese...
