Scam call - will claim that your phone account is about to be cancelled due to an unpaid debt. They will have no answers to basic questions or your name or number the account is linked to. Payment is either by bitcoin or apple cards. Other scam link to this number is along the same lines but with an insurance claim you your eligible to claim, if you pay a one off account fee
