Caller: Don’t know Called my iPhone asked for them to leave a message and they just said that I needed to update my information though press one for English and two for Chinese. Definitely a scam call. Don’t answer calls from this number.

This is a scam. Computerised voice with an option for Chinese. Threatening to stop service that's not relevant to me.
