States they are from Telstra and something is wrong with my internet. Want my IP address to check it out. I'm reasonably certain that Telstra would ask for ID on such a call but they didn't so I'm suspicious. I won't divulge the info they want (I made an excuse and asked them to call back later) even if they call back. I will attend my local Telstra office to get any checks done. Beware!
