Received call from this nos to my landline and mobile as t the same time. I believe its a scam call.

Caller: Supposedly Telstra Answered this number today, unidentified Indian sounding guy said he was calling from Telstra (from a very busy sounding call centre) and that my modem had switched to public IP and all of my data could be downloaded. I should have kept him on for longer but I made mistake of saying I'd call back and he hung up. This is definitely a scam call.
