The guy pretended to be a Vodafone Chinese customer service representative but I heard a clear ‘beep’ before he started talking, which means the call was recorded. Apparently it’s a scam call, especially that there’s no such thing as ‘Vodafone customer service’ targeting Chinese customers only.
