Recorded message saying your phone number will be turned off in an hour press 1 to talk to someone. Message in both English anf Chinese "Someone" is an Asian dude who just answers with hello and after just saying hello and waiting for his spiel, he responds in Chinese. Told him his mother would be very proud of his being a scammer so he hung up.
