I assume scammer as when I called back, says number disconnected

Caller: Scammer Scammer left a recorded message on voicemail saying that my phone was going to be cut off today, then proceeded on talking in Chinese. Call was supposedly from Sydney. Number now blocked.

No idea who this was so called back & got this message, "Optus advises that the mobile number you have dialled has been disconnected."
