Caller: NBN Seemed to know my details, said they are upgrading connection, not changing plans nor changing providers, that it’s a free service to stabilise what I actually have and that is an intermittent connection at times. So far seem legitimate as they were able to provide my address and what I have as far as modem, still skeptical as it was an Indian background call centre so my alert mode is automatically invoked
