More solar panel BS

I answered he said he had spoken to me about solar panels. No ive never spoken to anyone about solar panels. He said you told me you were the home owner, are you ? No I didn't, yes well do you own the house. No i don't and he hung up. He was rude and tried to tell me I'd spoken to him about solar panels to be put on the house. Jerk, I should ring back and complain about the company and their sh*t attitude workers . Spam call , rude arrogant, useless dumb try to be con artist. He was of Indian back ground.
