I answered and they hung up. They then called again 5 hours later and I did not answer

I answered and got a recorded message saying something about Chinese immigration. I pressed "1" for English and someone spoke in Chinese then hung up. They called again a couple of hours later and I didn't answer. I am flying to China next week but don't need a visa so wondering if my details have been leaked. They can leave a message or email me if legit.

This number has called at different times of day I am expecting a call but am too afraid to answer in case it was a scam
