This guy has been calling me over the past year, daily to every three days- asking about my electricity bill. So frustrating! They change the number so blocking doesn’t work

Caller: Scammer Called me about my electricity bill. No formal introduction, no mention of where he was calling from. Just another annoying telemarketer with this power bill nonsense.
