when I told her my number was on the Do Not Call Register she said she didn't care and it was my responsibility to check to make sure it's still there (which is it) and she doesn't need to check before calling me

So I reported the call to https://www.donotcall.gov.au/consumers/lodge-a-complaint/lodge-a-complaint/ and let the authorities follow them up.
