Left voice to text saying "You have an urgent document notification. For detail, press 1 for English, press 2 for Chinese.: No indication of who is sending the 'document' or even if it is for me. Ignored completely

Call from this number came up on my phone as a suspected spam call so I just cancelled it. Have had calls from similar numbers - just cancelled them too. One day these idiots might get the hint that no-one believes their nonsense.
