incoming call advising me i have uncollected immigration documents awaiting collection, and would i like to speak in English or Chinese. I'm not immigrating and I'm not Chinese either. call this number back indicates number not connected, so their callerID is fake as well.

It's saying that it's from the australian government. press 1 for english, press 2 for chinese. i think it's a scam.
