Caller: Telemarketing company

I'm a bit concerned after reading the privacy policy that my details are actually being shared by this site with unknown third parties potentially Google related. I'm not registered with it thankfully, however that may not mean anything, but when I clear my history tonight I'll be checking for this isp. And I dont think I'll use it again. It has got a B+ with Duck Duck Go which is reassuring, however it's privacy policy indicating details being shared with third parties, plus the link to iGoogle have made me re-think about using it. Especially since none of the nuisance call numbers that I search for are EVER listed by anyone else. Which i find really odd as well. And actually apart from the bitcoin harrassment calls i was initially getting from outside Australia, which i only answered once and have now stopped, i think I'll just keep going with my own policy of not answering and DEFINITELY NEVER EVER CALLING BACK...like someone else said, if they really want to contact you they will always leave a message.

Have received calls from (02) 7229 9045 and (02) 7229 9025 in the space of 2 hours.

got the same spam call from 6 number that all start with (02)722938## call back and the number is not connected

I never call these numbers back i just let them ring out and they never leave a message. I was told never to call unknown numbers like this back as that would confirm to them that the number was valid, so once i get a few in a row with the same prefix but all different last four numbers I just presume it is a marketing call centre with people wanting money for something or other. These have never happened to me before until about a month or so ago, so now I'm wondering which app is sharing my phone number, given none of them have my phone number??? Previously the numbers were all 08 8222 ..... now they have stopped and have changed to
02 7229.... I thought other people on here would have had the same call centre prefixes, but whenever I search they never come up... Obviously yr phone tells you in info if it is from somewhere weird like the Bahamas, but those ones are rare now. But used to come from places like uk and ireland where i still know people. They were bitcoin. So now i just blacklist any o/s number unless it is in my phone book.
