Potential scam

Marketing. I told them I’m on the do not call register, to which the woman with the English accent said, “I don’t understand”. I said she wasn’t permitted to sell me anything. She insisted she wasn’t trying to sell me anything, just share information with me about some sort of program. I did her the courtesy of not hanging up on her; sadly she didn’t return the same courtesy.
