I didn't answer but they called twice and left suspicious voicemails. I contacted Doordash and it was verified with the exchange of the reference number, that the calls were made by Doordash customer support, in an attempt to follow up on a case that was opened with their team. In my case, it was legit.

Called me saying they were from door dash but then continued to tell me that my electricity will be cut off in 24 hours if I don't pay the outstanding balance of $1760 I still live at home with my parents I'm only 16 years old I laughed and ask when is my order coming 😂

My phone silenced the call, it’s just them trying to attempt to say they’ve contacted you when you’ve either got a non delivery or a messed up order. Mine literally just said I’m Alex I’m advisor from DoorDash if problem with your order reported it back. Made no sense, left no further details or phone number to call back and I’m still out $30. Buyer beware the use their t&cs instead of actual consumer laws.

Spam calls me at least 10 times at odd hours between 11pm and 8am. I pick up and it is just silence. I’ve blocked the number, but the calls still somehow go through.

Lady claiming to be from DoorDash while I was waiting for an order but she didn’t make any sense. Said my order wasn’t ready to be collected and there was an issue and I was like lol I can see the dasher picking out my grocery items as we speak. Called back and was disconnected. Scam

I called door – but ended up hanging up after waiting too long after being transferred from one department to another and a minute or two after I hung up they rang me back from this number so it is definitely legitimate.

I'm Not with DoorDash? Maybe they are delivering me a year worth of fast-food I didn't order.... for FREE, just need my credit card digits to verify haha
